Q. Is it easy to use?
Yes, the Oculus Quest 2 is very user friendly and easy to use. All games and apps show on screen instructions.
Q. Is there any setup required?
NO. Headset will come all setup, games installed and even your friends already connected.
Q. Can i connect to others who already have headsets?
Yes, If a friend has a headset and wants to connect with you, its very simple to search and add any friends
Q. Do I need a large space to use this?
No. You can draw your own size play area through the simple onscreen guardian setup. Gaurdian is your play area.
Q. Do I get my deposit back after my rental?
Yes, your deposit that is we hold will be fully returned to you on pickup and inspection of the headsets and controllers. Headsets and controllers are expect returned in the condition they were delivered.
*Your full deposit will be kept if there are damages that render the device unusable!
Q.Will the headset be delivered to me?
We at Epic VR will deliver them to you. If you'd like us to deliver to all of the event guests it will require an extra $20 per 15km outside of of the included 15km radius.
